Terms and Conditions for KrypAcademix

KrypAcademix supports institution-managed workflows such as academics, attendance, communications, approvals, safety, assets, transport, and fee reconciliation. Available features depend on your school, role, configuration, and subscription.

• Provide accurate information and use only the school and role with which you are genuinely affiliated.
• Registration may require institution approval and does not guarantee access.
• Keep your password and device secure. Optional App Protection can add a device-authentication check but does not replace good account security.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• Access may change or end when your role, enrollment, employment, or institution relationship changes.

Your institution controls its policies, user roles, academic and administrative decisions, and most records created through the Platform. Krypzon does not make academic, employment, disciplinary, safeguarding, transport, or fee decisions on the institution's behalf.

Submit only information you are authorized to provide. If a record is incorrect, use the available correction workflow or contact the institution.

You must not:

• impersonate another person or misrepresent a school, role, attendance event, payment reference, approval, or other record;
• submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, misleading, or rights-infringing content;
• misuse communications, safety, reporting, or upload features;
• probe, bypass, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Platform or another user's access;
• share credentials or access information you are not authorized to view.

Where enabled, KrypAcademix may open a third-party UPI or payment application and allow you to submit a transaction reference for school reconciliation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, KrypAcademix is not the bank, UPI application, payment gateway, or merchant of record. A submitted reference may remain pending until the institution verifies receipt. Payment disputes, refunds, and fee corrections must be handled with the institution or relevant payment provider.

Notifications are a convenience and may be delayed or blocked by network, device, or operating-system settings. Do not rely on an app notification as the only source for urgent school or safety information.

Location, camera, photo, microphone, and speech-recognition features operate only with the required permission and user action. You are responsible for checking information before submitting it, including speech-to-text results and scanned codes.

You retain any rights you hold in content you lawfully submit. You grant the institution and Krypzon the limited rights needed to host, transmit, display, process, and secure that content for the Platform's operation and support.

The KrypAcademix software, branding, interfaces, and original platform content belong to Krypzon or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

The Platform is provided on an as available basis. Maintenance, connectivity, institution configuration, device limitations, or third-party services may affect availability. Keep independent copies of any information or evidence your institution requires you to retain.

Links, authentication providers, maps, UPI applications, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms.

The institution or Krypzon may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, preserve platform integrity, respond to an institution request, or address a breach of these Terms. You may request account deletion through the app where available or at https://krypacademix.krypzon.co.in/delete-account. Institution-controlled or legally required records may be retained or anonymized instead of deleted.

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Krypzon is not responsible for institution decisions, incorrect information supplied by users or the institution, third-party services, or losses caused by using the Platform contrary to instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms as the Platform changes. If renewed consent is required, the app may ask you to review the updated Terms before continuing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live.
